Grind 6 ...I give my son Jayden a big one bowl meal. Grind 6 almonds along with a hand full of raisins with 1/4 cup of milk. Add 3 full tbspn of rolled or steel cut oats along with 1/2 cup of water along with almond raisin mixture and cook for 5 to 6 mins. Then add 1 full scraped apple or pear into the hot mixture and give it a quick stir along with honey for sweetness. Its a perfect one bowl bf for toddlers with all the nutrients in one.
